Can I cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped yet?

At Dotty & Dan we understand that sometimes things change and you may want to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. We are happy to help you with any changes or cancellations before you receive your dispatch confirmation email.


If you would like to cancel your order, we recommend that you call us during our business hours so we can help you cancel your order and ensure your order is processed correctly.


Please note that orders that have been handed over to the shipping service provider cannot be cancelled. Once you have received the goods and wish to return them, you can view our return policy for further information.
