I have a complaint
Have you received an item that you don't like or that is damaged? No problem, to make a return, simply mark the items you want to return on the delivery note that was included in your package. Pack the items you want to return and send the package to:

To make processing your return a little easier, you can also send us an email in advance to shop@dottyanddan.de with the subject "Return" and your order number. We do not cover the shipping costs for the return and you must pay for them yourself.
I want to change or cancel my order
Would you like to change or cancel your order?
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, you can send us a message via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger and we can process or cancel your order. Of course, you can also contact us by phone during opening hours.
If the package is already on its way to you , we unfortunately have no way of processing or cancelling your order. After you have received your order, please send it back to us if you want to cancel. If you only want to change part of your order, please send back the parts you do not want to keep and re-order your desired items in the shop.
I entered the wrong shipping address
If you have provided the wrong shipping address when ordering, this is not a problem at all and you now have two options.
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, you can send us a message via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger and we will change the shipping address for you. You can of course also contact us by phone during opening hours.
If the package is already on its way to you , you can change the shipping address via the DHL / Deutsche Post portal. There you will be told how to set up a new delivery address. This can delay delivery by a few working days.
Can I get a copy of my invoice
You received a copy of your invoice with the order confirmation. If you encounter any problems, simply contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, telephone or email. We will be happy to send you a copy of your invoice within the next 1-2 working days.
My order was delivered damaged
I am very sorry about this and it should not have happened.
If the items are undamaged, we do not need to do anything else. If you want to return items, you can use a different shipping box. Please understand that we do not replace or provide any shipping materials.
Are the items damaged or incomplete? Then please contact us with your order number by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or email to shop@dottyanddan.de. It is best if you take a few pictures of the damaged package beforehand and send them to us.
I received an item that I did not order
Oh dear, there seems to have been a mistake. The best thing to do is to contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, telephone or email. This way we can sort out the return shipment with you. You will of course not be charged for the incorrectly delivered item and you will receive a refund for the amount you have already paid as soon as we have received the return.
How can I order?
First, select the items you want in our online shop. Once you have decided on a color and size, you can put the item in your shopping cart.
If your desired size or color is not available, we may have some in stock again soon. The best thing to do is send us a short message via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or by email to shop@dottyanddan.de and we will try to help you.
In the shopping cart you will find an overview of your products, the selected size, color and quantity. If everything is correct you can click on "Checkout" to complete your order. Please note that we will only reserve the items for you once you have sent your order.
After you place your order, we need up to 48 hours to prepare the shipment. You will then receive a shipping confirmation from us and your package will be on its way to you.
