Where is my package?
After you place your order, we will prepare your order within the next 48 hours. Shipping usually takes between 3-5 working days.
After we have sent your shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking code. This allows you to check the current status of your order.
What shipping options are available?
At Dotty&Dan you can choose between three shipping options
- Goods mail is charged for small orders and costs 2.99€ within Germany.
- Standard shipping costs €4.99 and is free within Germany for orders over €49.99. Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 working days.
- Local pickup Would you like to collect your order contactlessly from our store? No problem, just select the option during the checkout process and you will receive a message from us when your order is ready for pickup. This usually takes 2-3 hours.
- Local delivery We are also happy to offer you local delivery. Do you live within a 10km radius of our branch in Werneuchen and have ordered for at least €60? We will then deliver your order to you within 1-2 working days.
I entered an incorrect shipping address, what now?
If you have provided the wrong shipping address when ordering, this is not a problem at all and you now have two options.
If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, you can send us a message via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger and we will change the shipping address for you. You can of course also contact us by phone during opening hours.
If the package is already on its way to you , you can change the shipping address via the DHL / Deutsche Post portal. There you will be told how to set up a new delivery address. This can delay delivery by a few working days.
My order was incomplete
If your order has arrived incomplete, please send an email to shop@dottyanddan.de . Please state your order number and which item is missing. Of course, you can also contact us via Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or by phone.
My package was delivered damaged
I am very sorry about this and it should not have happened.
If the items are undamaged, we do not need to do anything else. If you want to return items, you are welcome to use a different shipping box. Please understand that we do not replace or provide any shipping materials.
Are the items damaged or incomplete? Then please contact us with your order number by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or email to shop@dottyanddan.de. It is best if you take a few pictures of the damaged package beforehand and send them to us.
I received items that I did not order
Oh dear, there seems to have been a mistake. The best thing to do is to contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, telephone or email. This way we can sort out the return shipment with you. You will of course not be charged for the incorrectly delivered item and you will receive a refund for the amount you have already paid as soon as we have received the return.
Where does Dotty&Dan deliver
We deliver our goods worldwide
We will personally deliver your order within 10km of our store .
In the rest of Germany, our shipping service provider Deutsche Post / DHL delivers for us.
We also ship with DHL within Europe and the rest of the world .
How much are the shipping costs?
- Shipments of goods , i.e. small orders, cost €2.99 per order.
- Standard shipping in Germany costs 4.99€ and is free for orders over 49.99€.
- Shipping to Austria costs €12.50 and is free for orders over €200. Delivery usually takes 2-8 working days.
- We deliver to our European neighbors for 13.99€. Delivery can take between 7-14 working days.
- We deliver to the rest of the world for orders worth at least €350. Shipping costs are €30. Shipping times vary depending on the continent and country, but should not take longer than 28 working days.
