Have you received an item that you don't like or that is damaged? No problem, to make a return, simply mark the items you want to return on the delivery note that was included in your package. Pack the items you want to return and send the package to:

To make processing your return a little easier, you can also send us an email in advance to shop@dottyanddan.de with the subject "Return" and your order number. We do not cover the shipping costs for the return and you must pay for them yourself.
How do I return an item?
You have the option to return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it. You can choose a shipping service provider of your choice and send the ordered goods back with labels and without any signs of wear or stains in the original packaging. We do not cover the delivery costs.
Has my return arrived?
Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process your return after we receive it. We will send you a confirmation once your return has been processed.
How do I get a return label?
For your return, you can simply create a parcel label from DHL Online, for example, and print it out. Please address your return to:

When will I receive my money after a refund?
Please note that it may take up to 14 days to process your return after we receive it. Once we have finished processing your return, we will refund your money.

Do I have to pay shipping costs when returning the item?
Yes, we do not cover shipping costs for returns.
